Terms & Conditions
Specifics of promotional offering may be adjusted to suit either party's needs. Any such adjustments must be agreed to in writing prior to commencement of work.
50% payment of promotional cost required upfront prior to commencement of work. Remaining 50% is payable upon completion and prior to handover of IP and/or Domain connection.
This promotional cost does not include Wix management fees and/or domain and email registration.
A completion timeframe will be provided at time of formal quote. However, this may need to be adjusted from time to time prior to completion if provision of content and/or feedback is not forthcoming from client.
Websites by Ally reserves the right to discontinue work if the work continues to increase significantly outside of initial brief and appropriate provisions have not been made to remunerate for same.
